Experience of Working in College

Before joining the college did not know the environment of college and felt that the employees working in college are very lucky as they are not only getting handsome salaries but they feel elf-satisfaction. I used to observe various people who want to work in college but did not know why they desire so. Once I joined the college, I saw it practically that working in a college not only fulfils the financial demands of the employees but develops their mental ability due to which they feel self-satisfaction. Here I have expressed what I have observed in a college during my service.

 I . In the college there is a principal, who is the head of the institution and whose appointment is made among senior academicians.

 2. There are large number of faculty members working on permanent and temporary basis who are well qualified and have a good experience in the field of education. They do not consider themselves as officers and do not remain separate in the college but they always work together along with non-teaching fraternity as well. They do not share their thoughts and ideas among themselves alone but they share their thoughts and ideas with other staff members also. They not only guide the students but they act as guides to their juniors for their bright future. They always work hard in all respects for smooth functioning of the college. 

3. Non-Teaching staff is co-operative not only with one another but with other staff members as well. They work honestly and remain punctual in the college. They properly handle the students and help them in their difficulties and problerns_ on account of admission and examination. They are also more obedient to their seniors and can not leave the office with out the prior permission of their seniors. 

4. There is one more type of staff who work in the college that is local fund staff. They do not work in the college on permanent basis but on temporary basis. There monthly remuneration is met out of local fund which is known as the institutional fund. They are also obedient and do work hard in all respects for smooth functioning of the college. Although, they are not more qualified yet they learn something more with their continuous work in the college and all the staff members are very much interested to help them in regularizing their services whenever that comes due to them. 

5. In a college all the staff members call one another with "Sir and not by their personal names which encourages them to work hard even if someone has less capacity to do any work. The students also call every employee with "Sir" even if he is a local fund employee due to which he feels elevated and stands encouraged.

 6. Conducting of seminars, workshops and debates are the routine exercise of the college in which students, faculty and other staff members do participate and an opportunity is given to all the students faculty and other staff members even local fund employees to express their ideas, views and thoughts on various aspects of life which encourages every participant to move forward. 

7. There is a big library in the college which is useful for the students and staff where daily newspapers, journals, periodicals, magaznes and other study material are available for the students and staff which develop their knowledge and mental ability due to which they can crack any prestigious examination and move forward in their future careers. 

8. One more attractive feature of the college working is that there is no public dealing in the college which could involve its employees in corruption. It is presumed that where there is public dealing, there comes corruption. There is only one type of dealing in the college that is with staff and students. For such reasons the employees working in a college are more satisfied with their job and find themselves lucky to work in the college.

 Oh God! Keep them safe who work in the college and to those who want to work in a College with zeal and zest give them a chance to exhibit their talent with honesty and sincerity.
