Applications on prescribed format are invited from the interested Individuals/group of individuals Self help groups Cooperative Societies Farmer- Producer Organizations of District Anantnag, for establish-

Units -

Establishment of 10 ewes units on Participatory mode
Establishment of 20 Ewes Units on 50% subsidy, under ISDS.
Establishment of Machine Shearing Units on 50% subsidy, under ISDS.

How to Apply

The applications foms can be received from/submitted (complete in all respects with requisite documents) to the offices of the Veterinary Assistant Surgeons/Sheep Development Blocks of the District

Page of Ration Card mentioning family head/family members

Pan Card (only for Subsidy Units under (5DS)

if applicable Units under lSUs)

Catalog Bank Account Holder

Physical Fitness certificate (only
