JKPSC Postpones Lecturer Written Exam, New Date Announced
JKPSC Postpones Lecturer Exams in English & Political Science
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced the postponement of the Written Examination for the post of Lecturer in English and Political Science under the School Education Department.
According to the latest notice issued on 18th September 2025, the examination, which was earlier scheduled to be held on 28th September 2025 (Sunday), has now been rescheduled.
The revised date for the examination is 9th November 2025 (Sunday). The exam will be conducted in two sessions:
- First Session: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Second Session: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
This postponement is in continuation of an earlier notice dated 13th August 2025 and pertains to Notification No. 07-PSC(DR-P) of 2024, dated 9th December 2024.
The Controller of Examination, Sachin Jamwal (JKAS), confirmed the revised schedule in the official order.
