Advertisement Notice – Join Mission YUVA scheme: Build the Future of Entrepreneurship in J&K earn ₹60'000

The District Administration Pulwama has issued an important notification inviting online applications from qualified external trainers to join the Capacity Building Program under Mission YUVA. This initiative aims to strengthen entrepreneurship development across Jammu & Kashmir through hybrid mode training.

Position Details

  • Post: External Certified Trainer (Resource Person)
  • Remuneration: Up to ₹60,000 per month (subject to batch achievement and performance incentives)
  • Incentives: As per official guidelines available online

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age Limit: 25–45 years as on the date of notification.
  2. Domicile: Applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
  3. Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum 3-year graduate degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university.
    • Eligible disciplines include Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  4. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or capacity building.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-person and hybrid training sessions under the capacity building model.
  2. Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in areas such as business planning, financial management, and marketing.
  3. Facilitate participant learning through Mission YUVA app and other digital platforms.
  4. Monitor trainee progress and assist in successful project completion.
