The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released Advertisement Notification No. 10 of 2025, inviting online applications for 600 Accounts Assistant posts in the Finance Department of Jammu & Kashmir. Eligible domiciled candidates can apply online from 8th December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Domicile
Applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess a valid domicile certificate on or before 06.01.2026.
2. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

3. Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream with:
- 50% marks (Open Merit)
- 45% marks (Reserved Categories)
OR
- Candidates with Post Graduation (50% marks) or PhD are also eligible.

Selection Process
Selection shall be based only on written OMR-based examination, with objective-type MCQs.

- Negative marking: ¼ mark for every wrong answer

Exam Date & Admit Card
- Exam date will be notified separately on the JKSSB website.
- Admit Cards will be available one week before exam on the official portal.
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates must produce:
- Original qualification certificates
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Two recent passport-size photos
- Valid photo ID
Failure to produce documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.
