🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Teaching Staff
Eligibility is as per CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws and AWES norms:
- TGT: Four-year integrated degree or graduation + B.Ed, CTET/TET passed, English medium proficiency
- PRT: Graduation with minimum 50%, B.El.Ed / D.El.Ed, CTET/TET qualified
- Special Educator: Graduate with B.Ed (Special) or diploma in Special Education
- Counsellor: Graduate in Psychology + certificate/diploma in counselling
- Headmistress: Graduate + 8 years teaching experience, CTET & OST qualified
Non-Teaching & Administrative Staff
- Science Lab Attendant: 10+2/Graduation with science + computer knowledge
- Head Clerk: Graduate (preferably ex-serviceman) + office experience
- UDC/LDC: Graduate + typing/computer literacy
- Accounts Clerk: Commerce graduate with experience
- Driver: Valid HMV/HTV license
- Group ‘D’, Ayas: Minimum educational requirements (e.g., 5th pass)
🎂 Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026)
- Fresh Candidates: Below 40 years
- Experienced: Below 55 years
- Administrative Staff: Up to 55 years
- Includes Ex-Servicemen (with 5 years experience)
📝 Selection Process
- Written Test: 26 February 2026
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be informed
- Teaching Skill Evaluation includes demo class, written test, and computer proficiency (as applicable)
- No TA/DA will be paid
- School bus facility available from Jammu to Rakhmuthi (~1 hour)
