The Principal, Government Medical College (GMC) Udhampur, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, has invited applications from eligible candidates for engagement of faculty members on an Academic Arrangement Basis.

⏳ Tenure of Appointment
- Professor & Associate Professor: 03 Years (Initially)
- Assistant Professor: 01 Year (Initially)
- Extendable yearly up to a maximum of 06 years or till regular selection is made.
- Maximum age limit: 70 Years
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS Degree from recognized University
- Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in concerned discipline
- Valid NMC/MCI/State Medical Council Registration
- Teaching Experience Certificate
- Research Publications in indexed/national journals
- Higher qualifications (DM/MCh/DNB Super Specialty) where applicable

- Affidavit (Not in active Govt Service)

💰 Application Fee
Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees)
Bank Draft in favour of Principal, Government Medical College Udhampur payable at Udhampur.

- Submit in person or via Registered Post.
- Address: Office of the Principal, Government Medical College, Udhampur.
- Last Date: Within two weeks from the date of advertisement.
⚖ Important Instructions
- Selection will be made by the Selection Committee.
- Services are terminable with one month notice from either side.
- Engagement may be terminated without notice in case of misconduct.
- Candidates working in Govt Medical Colleges must submit NOC.
- Final selection subject to availability of vacancies.
