NTA Issues Notice Regarding NEET UG 2026 Examination Fee Refund Process
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an important notice related to the refund of examination fees for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 examination. According to the notification, eligible candidates can now update their bank account details to receive the refund amount directly.
As per the notice, candidates are required to log in to the official NTA portal and submit their correct banking information. The details may include bank account number, IFSC code, and other related information necessary for processing the refund successfully.
The agency has also advised candidates to carefully verify the submitted details before final submission. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, the refund process may be delayed or rejected.
NTA further stated that candidates whose payments were unsuccessful, duplicated, or affected due to technical issues during the application process may be eligible for the refund. The refund amount will be credited directly to the bank accounts provided by the candidates.
Candidates are encouraged to complete the process within the prescribed timeline mentioned in the official notice. NTA also warned applicants not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes during the refund processing period, as it may affect the transaction verification process.
