Educational Qualification
Zonal Security Officer
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Preference may be given to candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
Financial Literacy Counsellor
- Graduate with experience in Banking or related fields.
- Should have sound knowledge of Banking, Finance, Law, Agriculture, and allied activities.
- Knowledge of local language and working knowledge of computers is essential.
Experience Required
Zonal Security Officer
- Must have served as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or equivalent rank in Police, Army, or Paramilitary Forces.
- Minimum three years of experience in the rank of DSP or equivalent.
- Excellent or meritorious service record.
Financial Literacy Counsellor
- Good communication and team-building skills.
- Preference for candidates experienced in conducting Financial Literacy Camps.
- Preference for honorably retired J&K Bank officers not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale-III).

Contract Period
Zonal Security Officer
- Contract for 3 years.
- Subject to annual satisfactory performance review.
- No extension beyond the contractual term.
Financial Literacy Counsellor
- Initial contract for 12 months.
- Renewable annually up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance.
Selection Process
Zonal Security Officer

Financial Literacy Counsellor
- Screening and shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
- Personal Interview.
- Demonstration/Presentation to assess communication and teaching skills.
