The Office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Kishtwar has invited applications from eligible candidates for engagement on a contractual basis under the CSR Plan of Rattle Hydroelectric Project (HEP). The recruitment is being conducted for the establishment and operationalization of a Health Point at Hillour-Kuntwara, District Kishtwar.

Selection Criteria
FMPHW/MMPHW
- Class 10th Marks – 35 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Professional Diploma – 35 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Project-affected family members of Hillour, Sangna, Shandri & Butnachuryana Panchayats – 30 Marks
- Project-affected family members of Block Drabshalla – 15 Marks
Pharmacist / Medical Assistant
- 10+2 Marks – 35 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Professional Diploma/Degree – 35 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Project-affected family members of Hillour, Sangna, Shandri & Butnachuryana Panchayats – 30 Marks
- Project-affected family members of Block Drabshalla – 15 Marks
Helper
- Class 10th Marks – 40 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Class 12th Marks – 20 Marks (Pro-rata basis)
- Project-affected family members of Hillour, Sangna, Shandri & Butnachuryana Panchayats – 40 Marks
- Project-affected family members of Block Drabshalla – 20 Marks
Important Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is purely contractual and project-based.
- Initial appointment will be for one year and may be extended annually based on performance and fund availability.
- No claim for regularization shall be entertained.
- Preference will be given to project-affected families of Hillour, Sangna, Shandri and Butnachuryana Panchayats.
- Second preference will be given to project-affected families of Block Drabshalla.
- Appointments are institution-specific and non-transferable.
- Selected candidates must remain stationed at their place of posting.
- No TA/DA will be provided for screening tests/interviews.
- Applicants for FMPHW/MMPHW/Pharmacist posts must possess valid registration from the J&K Nursing/Paramedical Council.
- The Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any application not fulfilling the prescribed criteria.

Interested and eligible candidates must submit the prescribed application form (Annexure-A) along with self-attested copies of all required documents to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Kishtwar before the last date.
Note: Applications received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any further notice. The date of screening test/interview will be notified separately.
