Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Age should be between 18 and 37 years.
- Candidate must belong to the same electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Minimum qualification for Sangini: 10+2.
- Maximum qualification allowed: Graduation.
- Candidates possessing qualifications above graduation are not eligible.
- Selection will be based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Selection Process
Selection of eligible candidates will be made strictly on merit based on the marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination. In case of a tie in merit, preference will be given to the older candidate. Shortlisted applicants will be called for document verification.
