Educational Qualification

Medical Officer

• MBBS from a recognized institution with Medical Council registration.
• Preference: MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.

Nurse

• Diploma in ANM from State Medical Faculty (SMF) or any recognized institute.
• Preference: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.

Counsellor

• Graduation with Psychology, Social Work or Sociology as one of the subjects.
• Preference: Master's Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.

Data Manager

• Graduate from a recognized institution.
• Preference: Qualification/Experience in Computer Applications.
• Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.

Selection Process

• Academic Qualification
• Higher Qualification (where applicable)
• Screening Test (if conducted)
• Type Test (for Data Manager)

Important Dates

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must submit their application forms offline in person at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Government District Hospital Reasi before 25 July 2026 (04:00 PM). Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

• Applicant must be a domicile of District Reasi.
• Appointment will be purely on a contractual basis.
• Initial engagement will be valid up to 31 March 2027.
• Contract may be extended based on satisfactory performance and continuation of the scheme.
• No additional allowances or benefits will be admissible.
• Selected candidates must execute a contract agreement before joining.
• One month's prior notice is required before resignation.
