Mission Shakti Budgam Recruitment 2026: Apply Offline for 5 Contractual Vacancies
The Office of the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), Budgam has invited offline applications from eligible candidates for engagement of staff on a contractual basis under the District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) and One Stop Centre (OSC) established under Mission Shakti. Educational Qualification
- Specialist in Financial Literacy: Graduate in Economics, Banking or similar discipline. Postgraduates preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in financial literacy/financial inclusion.
- Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th Pass under the 10+2 system from a recognized board.
- Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge: Graduate with Diploma in Computer/IT and minimum 3 years' experience in data management, documentation, web-based reporting and video conferencing.
- Multi-Purpose Staff/Cook: Literate with relevant experience. High School qualification will be preferred.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age shall be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 based on academic merit. Final selection will be based on:
- Academic Qualification
- Additional Qualification (where applicable)
- Viva Voce
The final merit list will be prepared out of 100 marks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Applicant must be a resident of District Budgam.
- Candidates should possess the required qualification before the last date of application.
- Applicants must be medically fit and possess good moral character.
