Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Principal – 01 Post
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: Total 15 years of experience, including 10 years after M.Sc Nursing in a collegiate programme.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
2. Vice-Principal – 01 Post
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: Total 12 years of experience, including 10 years after M.Sc Nursing in a collegiate programme.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
3. Professor – 01 Post
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: Total 12 years of experience, including 10 years after M.Sc Nursing in a collegiate programme.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
4. Associate Professor – 03 Posts
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: Total 8 years of experience with M.Sc Nursing, including 5 years of teaching experience.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
5. Assistant Professor – Mental Health Nursing – 01 Post
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: M.Sc Nursing with a total of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
6. Assistant Professor – Community Health Nursing – 01 Post
- Qualification: M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: M.Sc Nursing with a total of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Ph.D. in Nursing: Desirable.
7. Tutor – 07 Posts
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / P.B.Sc Nursing
- M.Sc Nursing: Preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.
Salary
The salary will be paid as per University of Kashmir norms.
