For the 2025–26 academic year, the application portal is open for both fresh and renewal candidates. With 136 scholarship schemes available, students from economically weaker sections (EWS), SC/ST/OBC, minority groups, and meritorious backgrounds can apply. The system is fully online with Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for transparency and efficiency.

  4. Log in using OTR ID or previous Application ID (for renewal)
  5. Fill in personal, academic, and bank details
  6. Upload required documents (Aadhaar, mark sheet, caste/income certificates)
  7. Submit and track status via the portal
  8. Renewal: Confirm continued enrollment and upload latest documents
