Vacancy Overview

- Nature of Engagement: Purely on a contract basis, initially for one year. Based on performance, the tenure may be extended up to a maximum of three years.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: At least a Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be below 40 years of age as of the date of the advertisement.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more of experience in State or Central Government offices.
- Background: Candidates must have a clean record with no criminal background or pending FIR/court cases.
Remuneration and Benefits
The monthly consolidated remuneration is based on the candidate's educational level:
- Graduates: Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- Post-Graduates: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Note: No other allowances are admissible. However, the role includes 08 days of Casual Leave and 02 Restricted Holidays per calendar year. Women are also eligible for maternity leave as per government provisions.
Scope of Duties
The selected candidate will perform tasks assigned by the Passport Officer or Head of Office. This includes, but is not limited to:
- General office administration.
- Accounting tasks.
- Legal and social media management.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in a written test or interview, as applicable. Upon selection, the candidate must produce a Character Certificate from the concerned Police Authority.

- Travel: If required to travel for official duties, reimbursement for travel (Air/AC Two Tier) and hotel stay (up to Rs. 750/day) will be provided as per guidelines.
