Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria
1. Case Worker (Female)
- Posts: 01
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹14,000
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in women-related projects (Govt./NGO)
- Age Limit: 18–40 years as on 01.01.2025
2. Multipurpose Staff/Cook
- Posts: 01
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,000
- Qualification: Matriculation
- Experience: At least 1 year in cooking or related field
- Age Limit: 18–40 years as on 01.01.2025
3. Security Guard/Night Guard
- Posts: 01
- Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,000
- Qualification: Matriculation
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as security personnel (Govt./Private). Preference to ex-servicemen.
- Age Limit: 18–40 years as on 01.01.2025
Selection Criteria
- Academic Qualification: 80 points (on pro-rata basis)
- Interview (Viva-Voce): 20 points
- Shortlisting Ratio: 1:5 (five candidates per post)
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email, phone, or local media.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Domicile: Applicant must be a resident of District Ganderbal and a domicile of J&K.
- Health: Must be medically fit for field duties.
- Nature of Job: Purely temporary and contractual; continuation based on performance.
- Tenure: Up to 31st March 2026, extendable based on performance.
- No Regularization: No claim for permanent employment.
- Application Fee: No fee required.
- Document Verification: Originals will be verified; any forgery will lead to disqualification.
